Is Simply Nourish a Good Dog Food for Your Pup? Find Out Here!
Okay, so I’ve been meaning to write about this for a while now. My dog, a lovely golden retriever named Max, has always been a picky eater. I tried a bunch of different brands, but nothing seemed to really get him excited about mealtime. That is until I stumbled upon this “Simply Nourish” stuff. I saw it at the pet store, and the packaging caught my eye, I guess. It looked all-natural and healthy, so I thought, “Why not?”
The first thing I did was flip the bag over and check out the ingredients. I’m no expert, but I do like seeing real meat listed up there at the top. And sure enough, “Simply Nourish” seemed to have a good amount of it. I also noticed that they claim to use “responsibly sourced” ingredients, which I find kinda nice, although I’m not entirely sure what that means in practice. Anyway, I grabbed a bag of their adult dog food formula and headed home.
When I got back, I decided to do a little more digging online. I found some reviews and ratings on a few pet food websites. I came across these websites, one called “Pet Food Expert” or something like that. They gave “Simply Nourish” a pretty decent score, like 78%-82% I think, which was reassuring. They seemed to be all about “unbiased grading” and stuff, which sounds good in theory.
- The website gave “Simply Nourish” a good score, and they talked about unbiased grading.
- Another website had ratings for different products, and “Simply Nourish” was rated 4.5 to 5 stars.
- “Simply Nourish” is made in the USA and doesn’t source ingredients from China.
I also learned that this food is made in the USA, and apparently, they don’t source any ingredients from China, which some people care a lot about. I saw that the average rating across their product range is around 4.5 stars. So, not bad at all.
The real test, of course, was Max. I poured some of the “Simply Nourish” into his bowl, and he sniffed it cautiously at first. But then, to my surprise, he started eating it! And not just picking at it like he usually does. He actually finished the whole bowl! I was pretty shocked, to be honest. I thought to myself, is “Simply Nourish” good dog food? Seems like it might be!
It’s been a few weeks now, and Max is still loving this food. His energy levels seem better, his coat looks shinier, and, well, he just seems happier overall. I’ve even started looking into their wet food options, maybe as a treat. I saw that some good puppy wet food brands are Blue Buffalo, Wellness Complete Health, and Hill’s Science Diet. “Simply Nourish” has wet food for puppies too. I think it is good for puppies to eat wet food.
My Conclusion?
So, based on my little experiment here, I’d say “Simply Nourish” is definitely worth trying if you’re looking for good dog food. It seems to be made with good ingredients, the company cares about quality, and most importantly, my dog loves it. Of course, every dog is different, but for Max and me, it’s been a winner. I feel good about giving it to him, and that’s what matters most, right?
