Okay, so let’s talk about this whole Vetmedin dosage thing for dogs. It’s been a journey, I tell ya. My pup, Buster, started showing signs of heart trouble a while back. You know, the usual – coughing, getting tired easily, that sort of thing. The vet did some tests and, sure enough, it was his ticker.

I tried a few tricks. Wrapping it in cheese, hiding it in his food – you name it. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn’t. It was a bit of a hit-and-miss situation. I even tried the liquid version, thinking that might be easier. Nope. He was on to me.

Anyway, we finally found a routine that works most of the time. I crush the tablet and mix it with a little bit of wet food that he really loves. He usually gobbles it right up. And I make sure to give it to him around the same time every day, about 12 hours apart.

It’s been a few months now, and I gotta say, Buster seems to be doing better. He’s got more energy, the coughing has lessened, and he just seems happier overall.
