Try abound wet dog food: Benefits of This Super Premium food.
Okay, folks, let's dive into my little experiment with Abound wet dog food.
So, my furry friend, Buster, has been a bit…picky…lately. He’s getting older, and his usual kibble just wasn't cutting it anymore. He’d sniff it, maybe eat a few bites, and then wander off looking sad. Broke my heart, I tell ya. I needed to change my plan step by step.
I started researching, because,I wanted something with good ingredients, but, you know, without breaking the bank.
That’s when I stumbled upon Abound. It seemed to have a good reputation, and the price wasn’t outrageous. I was like I got to start doing something for my furry friend.
My Abound Wet Dog Food Journey
First, I grabbed a few different flavors. I figured variety is the spice of life, even for dogs. I picked up the chicken and rice, the beef and vegetable, and, because Buster loves fish, the salmon and sweet potato.
- Chicken & Brown Rice Recipe: Classic, seemed like a safe bet.
- Beef & Vegetable Stew: Figured the veggies would be good for him.
- Salmon & Sweet Potato Recipe: Buster's a sucker for anything fishy.
I was a little nervous because change of dog food always got some risks.
When I got home, I popped open the chicken and rice first. The smell wasn’t bad, actually kinda smelled like…people food? Buster was immediately interested, sniffing around my feet like a little shark.
I scooped some into his bowl, and…wait for it…he devoured it! Like, actually licked the bowl clean. I was shocked, honestly. This was a dog who'd been turning his nose up at everything.
Over the next few days, I rotated through the other flavors. He loved them all! I was pretty stunned, and relieved. It’s a great feeling when you find something your picky dog actually enjoys.
I've noticed a few things since switching him to Abound. His energy levels are definitely up. He's more playful and seems more…content. Even his coat looks a bit shinier, which is a nice bonus. I will observe more about that.
So, yeah, that’s my Abound wet dog food experience. It's been a win for Buster and a win for me. Less stress, happier dog, and a clean bowl every time. Can't ask for much more than that!
