Okay, so I had to go out of town for a quick work trip last week. I’ve got this adorable golden retriever, Max, and I just couldn’t leave him home alone. So, I started looking into dog boarding options in Sacramento. I mean, Max is my furbaby, so a regular kennel just wouldn’t cut it.

It had great reviews, a friendly staff, and a good-sized play area. I called them up, booked a spot for Max, and hoped for the best.
When I dropped Max off, I was a bit nervous, but the staff was so reassuring. They showed me around, and I could see that Max was in good hands. He seemed to like it there, too, which made me feel a lot better. While I was away, I got a few updates and pictures of Max playing and having fun. It was such a relief to know he was doing okay.
Picking him up was a breeze, and he was so happy to see me. He seemed like he had a great time, which was all that mattered. I think I found a good spot for him whenever I need to go out of town again. It was a bit of a process, but totally worth it to make sure my buddy was well taken care of.
