Minnows for Dogs: Are They Safe & Healthy Treats?
Okay, so the other day I was thinking about switching up my dog's treats. He's been getting the same old boring biscuits, and I wanted something a little more...natural. I stumbled upon these freeze-dried minnows and thought, "Why not?"

Getting Started
First, I checked if they were actually safe for dogs. Turns out, they're pretty good! No weird additives, just plain minnows. That's a win, especially since my dog has a bit of a sensitive stomach.
The Experiment
I ordered a small bag online. When they arrived, they looked...well, like tiny dried fish. Kinda creepy, but hey, dogs like weird stuff.
I gave one to my dog, Buster. He sniffed it for a good minute, probably wondering what this strange, crunchy thing was. Then, CHOMP. He ate it right up! Tail wagging, eyes begging for more.
The Results
- Success! Buster loves them.
- They're a good size for a quick treat.
- No tummy troubles!
I should add, they are easier to store and don't get stinky as quick as live ones.
My Thoughts
Honestly, I'm pretty happy with these freeze-dried minnows. They're a simple, healthy treat, and Buster goes crazy for them. I'll definitely be buying more. If your dog likes fishy flavors, I'd say give them a try!
