Dog Keeps Gathering Toys? Why is my dog gathering all her toys and what to do?

Okay, so the other day I noticed something kinda weird with my dog, Daisy. She's a golden retriever, and usually, she's all about chasing balls and, you know, being a dog. But lately, she's been doing this thing where she gathers all her toys in one spot.

At first, I thought, "Oh, that's cute." But then I started wondering, "Why is she doing that?" Is she nesting? Is she bored? Is she trying to tell me something?

My Little Investigation

• First, I just watched her. I wanted to see if there was a pattern. Did she do it at a certain time of day? Did she only gather certain toys?
• Next step, google! I'm typing away: "why is my dog gathering all her toys?" .
• Then, I talked to a friend who's a vet. I figured she might have some insights.

So, after all this "research," what did I find? Turns out, there could be a few reasons. Here are a few of ideas I found:

• maybe It's instinct.

• Maybe She's bored.

• Maybe She's anxious.

I'm still not 100% sure why Daisy's doing it. Right now, I'm leaning towards it, because I also found that she might be having "phantom pregnancy".

Anyway, I'm keeping an eye on her. I'm making sure she gets plenty of exercise and playtime. And, of course, I'm giving her lots of love and cuddles. Because, at the end of the day, that's what being a dog parent is all about, right?
