Choosing a Bacon Flavored Dog Chew Toy: A Simple Guide for Dog Parents!

Okay, so my dog, Buddy, he's a chewer. Like, a serious chewer. We're talking chair legs, shoes, the occasional remote control... you name it, he's probably tried to gnaw on it. I've tried a bunch of different toys, but nothing seemed to last. Then I saw these bacon-flavored chew toys online and figured, why not?

Getting Started

I ordered a couple of different shapes and sizes, just to see what Buddy would like best. I think that one was like a bone, and other one was kind of a wishbone shape.

• The first step was to get rid of all old toys.
• Then, I choose the bacon-flavored chew toys for my lovely dog.

The Experiment

When the package arrived, Buddy went nuts. He could smell the bacon flavor right through the box! I opened it up and gave him the bone-shaped one first. He grabbed it and ran off to his bed, and I didn't see him for, like, an hour. He was just chomping away on that thing.

The Results (So Far!)

It's been a few weeks now, and I'm pretty impressed. Buddy still loves these things.

• He hasn't touched the furniture.
• He hasn't messed up any shoes.

It's a miracle! The bone one is starting to show some wear, but it's still in one piece. The wishbone one, he hasn't even made a dent in it. And the best thing is, he hasn't get bored with this toy! I thought the flavor would fade and that he would be done with it, but no! I'm definitely going to buy more of these things. It's been a real lifesaver... or, I guess, a furniture-saver!
