Best Duck Sticks for Dogs: Top Brands and Buying Guide!
Okay, so I've been seeing these "duck sticks" for dogs all over the place, and my pup, Buster, he's a real chewer. So, I figured, why not give them a shot? I'm always looking for something to keep him busy and, you know, not gnawing on my shoes.

First, I checked out a few different brands. Some were super hard, some looked kinda flimsy. I wanted something that would last a bit, but not break his teeth, you get me?
I ended up grabbing a pack that looked pretty decent – they were a good size, not too small, not too huge. Buster's a medium-sized dog, so I didn't want anything he could choke on.
The Test
I gave Buster one of the duck sticks when he was chilling in the living room. He immediately snatched it up and started going to town. Seriously, he was into it.
He spent a good hour just gnawing and chewing on that thing. I was pretty impressed! Usually, he gets bored of chews pretty quick, but this one kept his attention.
- Pros:
- Kept him occupied for a long time.
- Seemed to satisfy his chewing urge.
- Didn't smell bad (some chews are nasty!).
- Cons:
- It did get a little messy. Little bits of the stick were coming off as he chewed. Nothing major, but I did have to sweep up a bit afterward.
- He did manage to get some string of chew part, should watch out to avoid he eat it.
Overall, I'd say the duck sticks were a win. Buster loved them, and they kept him busy. I'll definitely be getting them again, just gotta remember to keep an eye on him while he's chewing and maybe do it on the tile floor next time to make cleanup easier!
It's really a great treat to keep my dog happy.
