Considering PawTree? See Unbiased Dog Food Reviews Before You Buy!
Okay, here's my experience with PawTree dog food, from start to finish:

So, I've got this super picky Golden Retriever, Max. He's my best bud, but finding food he'll actually eat? Forget about it. It's been a constant struggle. I'd tried, like, a million different brands, from the cheap stuff at the grocery store to some of those fancy, "gourmet" brands that cost an arm and a leg. Nothing worked. He'd sniff it, maybe take a bite or two, and then walk away.
Then, a friend of mine, she's got a Doodle, told me about PawTree. She swore by it. Said her dog, who was also a picky eater, loved the stuff. I was skeptical, I'll admit. I'd been burned before, you know? But, I figured, what did I have to lose?
My Research Begins
First thing I did, obviously, was hit up Google. I typed in "PawTree dog food reviews" and started reading. I wanted to see what other people were saying, not just my friend. I went through a bunch of websites, forums, you name it. I saw a lot of positive stuff, which was encouraging, but I also wanted to dig deeper. It is very important!
Checking the Ingredients
I'm not a vet or anything, but I know that ingredients matter. I wanted to see what was actually in this food. So, I found the PawTree website and started looking at the ingredient lists for their different formulas. I focused on the ones that seemed like they might work for Max, based on his age and breed. They are Chicken & Oatmeal Recipe and the Chicken & Sweet Potato Recipe.
I saw a lot of real meat and veggies, which was good. No weird fillers or by-products that I could see. That was a plus. And no artificial stuff. They use some kind of natural preservatives, I remember reading. I don't remember now, what it is.
Ordering a Trial
Alright, I was feeling pretty good about it at this point. But, the real test was Max. Would he eat it? I decided to order a small bag of the Chicken & Oatmeal Recipe. I figured that was a pretty safe bet. Most dogs like chicken, right?
The ordering process was easy. I just did it online. It showed up a few days later. Package was good, no complaints there.
The Moment of Truth
Okay, this was it. Dinner time. I put some of the PawTree in Max's bowl, and... he actually ate it! Like, all of it. I couldn't believe it. He even licked the bowl clean! I was shocked, honestly. And relieved!.

Making notes after one month
- His Energy Levels Increased:Max has always been a pretty active dog, but I noticed he had even more energy than usual.
- His Coat Looked Shinier: Golden Retrievers are known for their beautiful coats, and Max's coat was looking extra shiny and healthy.
- Less Waste:Less waste to pick up in the backyard, which is always a bonus!
The Long-Term Results
It's been, I don't know, maybe six months now? Max is still eating PawTree. He loves it. And I love that he's eating it. I switched him to the Chicken & Sweet Potato Recipe and he's loving that too. His coat looks amazing, he's got tons of energy, and, well, his poops are solid, if you know what I mean.
So, yeah, that's my PawTree story. It worked for me, and it worked for Max. It's a little pricier than some other brands, but honestly, it's worth it to me. Seeing him happy and healthy, that's all that matters.
