Okay, so I've been meaning to switch up my dog's food for a while now. He's been getting kinda… blah about his meals, you know? So I started digging around, looking for something new, and I kept seeing "Kiwi Kitchens" pop up.
My Research Phase
First thing I did was, well, I Googled it. Lots of websites selling it, lots of reviews. Seemed pretty popular, and people were raving about the ingredients. The Big Test - Buster's Reaction
Dinner time! I opened the bag, and honestly, it didn't smell half bad. Kinda like…beef jerky, almost? I put some in Buster's bowl, and he was immediately interested. Sniffing, tail wagging – the whole nine yards.
He went to town, and he gobbled it all, then licking the bowl clean. I will say, I was pretty happy, because seeing an empty bowl is my favorite moment.
The Aftermath (and Ongoing Thoughts)
- Day 1: Buster loved it. Clean bowl, happy dog.
- Day 3: Still loving it. His poops are looking…better, too. (Yeah, I check. Dog owner problems, right?)
- Day 7: Okay, we're officially fans. He's got more energy, seems more excited about mealtime, and his coat even looks a little shinier.
So yeah, Kiwi Kitchens – so far, so good! It's a bit pricier than his old food, but seeing him this happy and healthy makes it worth it. I'm thinking of trying the lamb flavor next. I'll keep you guys updated on how that goes!
